The solution included a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system that ingested CRM, email, and web data, an LLM-powered insight layer delivering real-time account briefs and deal recommendations, scalable data pipelines on AWS, and a cloud-native application architecture for performance and reliability.
